TOPS - Taking Off Pounds Sensibly
This is a great group to find support and motivation! Much like the Weight Watchers(c) program, there are weekly meetings and weigh-ins. The cost is minimal to join ($24/year) and with that you get a monthly newsletter and other great benefits!
